I am a consultant, coach, and parent of three young kids.
I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA, and I completed my Doctoral Internship at UC Berkeley Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), providing therapy to undergraduate and graduate students. I am also a Certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West in San Francisco, CA.
As a therapist and coach I have worked with adolescents and adults in high school, university, corporate, private practice, talkline, and community mental health settings and utilized various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT, ACT, ACT, Schema Therapy), psychodynamic, relational, narrative, mindfulness-based, and decolonizing modalities.
In my role as a consultant I enjoy using my knowledge and experience to help startups navigate the complex mental health space, in service of bringing culturally responsive care to people in need. My work centers on increasing access to care and making psychological tools approachable, useful, and culturally responsive.
I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs and particularly love supporting founders and startups. Before pursuing a career in clinical psychology, I worked as a Workforce Communication and Change senior analyst at Mercer Consulting and a coach/facilitator for executives and executive teams with the Copley Group.
