Role Summary:
The Chief of Staff is a critical cross-functional operator focused on driving execution across Clayful’s Go-To-Market efforts. This role combines strategic thinking with exceptional communication and execution skills—supporting marketing, sales, and student engagement initiatives to ensure we reach and serve more students effectively.
As an extension of the CEO, you’ll work across departments—sales, implementation, and customer success—to ensure clarity, consistency, and momentum in everything we put into the world. You’ll write marketing and sales emails, create and refine collateral, follow up on key sales conversations, and lead the creation of student-facing campaigns that drive adoption and usage.
