Ashley is a Sr. Customer Success Manager passionate about partnering with school districts to improve the mental health and well-being of students everywhere.


Ashley's experiences studying Psychology in college led her to pursue her passion of helping others by conducting behavior therapy with children on the autism spectrum. Her time as a behavior therapist taught her many important life lessons about resilience, overcoming obstacles, and showing compassion towards others. She later worked in Customer Success, facilitating business partnerships with Fortune 100 companies from a variety of industries, including education, finance, insurance, entertainment, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, and military and defense.

After 5+ years working in the field of Customer Success, Ashley was searching for a way to connect her passion for psychology with a desire to work with students, and she decided to work as an Assistant Teacher in her local community. Ashley’s favorite part of being in the classroom was connecting with her students on a social-emotional level, and helping them overcoming challenges. At Clayful, Ashley is thrilled to have the opportunity to combine her psychology background, experience with education, and knowledge of enterprise customer success to help impact the lives of students on a broad scale through students’ use of Clayful coaching. When not at work, Ashley can be found enjoying mountain biking, skiing, rafting, and camping with her husband.
